yesterday i was watching walk the line and i remembered when one night around the fire at reunion somebody brought their car over and started playing old music really loud and evryone was singing along.... i didnt nkow the words but i slowly got into the rhythm and got the chorus! good times.... was that Johnny Cash, or is it my imagination? *wonderwoman

It's pretty good i thought... reese withersthingy's in it and i like her , and juaoquim (?) Pheonix plays Jhonny... he's hot.

No, Maximus died...there's no tried if someone died caused you stabbed em, but the ass kicking I agree did happen.
Though since then good ol Jaq, has been more heroic than dastardly, you know swinging away when he saw the Signs, or how about his work as a fireman climbing up Ladder 41 or whichever it was.
Anyways, both Reese and Jaq did a good job singing, it was close but maybe not as dark and raspy as Cash's but good none the less

before Johnny Cash died, he was helping producing the move. I haven't seen it yet, but i have heard it was an really good movie.

At the reunion what you probably heard was not Johnny Cash but most definatly Johnny Horton, the Murphy's all time favorite Country/western singer/songwriter. Ask anyone of us the words to The Battle Of New Orleans and we will know it!! Thanks to my dad (uncle Dave) it became a hit.

Speaking of reunions - I want to know who threw apples at my tent then made it colapse! O and i asked MIke about the words to battle of new orleans he said he didn't know them lol needs the first couple of lines to kick-start his memory.
